You must provide accurate name, mobile number, email address, and invite details when using the service. You are responsible for keeping your login details and invite links secure.
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of event information, suitability, pricing, capacity, cancellation terms, safety planning, and communication with attendees. HE Connect may review, hide, disable, or remove listings at its discretion.
Paid events may use Stripe or another payment provider. Attendees may pay the ticket price plus a clearly displayed service fee. Hosts are responsible for their own tax, accounts, refunds, and payout details unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Parents and carers remain responsible for their children at all times unless a specific regulated childcare arrangement has been separately agreed with the host. HE Connect does not replace parental judgement or supervision.
Do not use HE Connect for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, misleading listings, unsafe arrangements, scraping data, or sharing private event information outside the trusted group.
Refunds and cancellations depend on the event policy, payment provider rules, and host/admin decisions. HE Connect may assist with records but does not guarantee refunds unless required by law or explicitly stated.
HE Connect provides a platform and does not guarantee that every event, host, attendee, venue, travel route, or activity is risk-free. Users should make their own checks before attending or hosting.
Features, fees, access rules, moderation decisions, and these terms may change as the service develops. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
